Problems with CTX charger

Anyone have problems with batter not wanting to stay down in the charger? Mine pops out and won't stay seated. I have to use a rubber band to hold it in place so that the battery maintains contact with pins on charger. Kind of a pain. Anybody else with this problem?

Very weird, All ones I have used pop right in. U sure your getting it all the way down?
