Interesting. I checked and your Avatar was 238 by 250 and it shouldn't be bigger then 120 by 120 pixels or 1.01 MB (whichever is smaller). However, your original was still smaller in size, etc. So, I reduced its size to 144 by 120 and it still doesn't show. I forwarded your problem to ADMIN. Will get back to you shortly.

You did absolutely nothing wrong that I can tell. I think I figured it out - is that the Avatar you wanted?

I have the same problem. After finally figuring out how to even upload a picture to my profile (which I can see there), it fails to show up on postings and such. Any ideas?
