Prospecting in York/Lancaster (PA) area

Hello,
Would anyone know of any good places to prospect in the York/Lancaster area of Pennsylvania.
I heard that there are some creeks/rivers but I can't find much information about it.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do some research on the Peters creek formation. I know a friend that has gotten gold from southern York. I myself live in southern end of lancaster co. And i to have gotten a small amount from my side of the Susquehanna river.

Check this out. Delta, Peach Bottom Township, York Co., Pennsylvania, USA The highlighted crystal is the center of the area I think. Searches in all local area streams may be productive.
