Relic Hunting
Haven't been on Tnet in a while but still hunting. These relics came from a 1862-63 U.S. camp. There was an old home & WW2 maneuvers in the area & that's probably where the 1923 Mercury dime & 1935 Buff came from. Enjoy the video. HH, Q.

Great hunt Q! Nice assortment of bullets. Liked the video and enjoyed seeing you post. Congratulations!

HH, RN

Now that’s the way to do a hunt! Congratulations, well done!

You did real good in that "worn out camp". I don't see how in the world that you continue to dig relics there, but you do! Love those buckle hooks.

Good to see you posting Quindy. Someone probably got the rest of that plate years ago.
I bet that old harness ring sounded good. They give off a nice signal, then a nice cuss word follows :laughing7:

Thanks RN, scruggs, Donnie, Steve in PA. & Prof. I have posted on FB & You Tube since January with Native American artifact finds still on Tnet Norrth American forum. Glad you guys are still here & Merry Christmas. HH, Q.

Thanks for sharing. Very well done!

Awesome hunt! Thanks for the look!

Thanks Art & you are still digging up the goodies! HH, Q.

Nice finds and video Quindy. Are you going to do more native American videos this winter?

Sent from my Pixel 2 using TreasureNet.com mobile app
Not this winter Joey. Where we have mostly hunted the last 2 late springs & summers was where they deep plowed the soil and raised tobacco. Unfortunately, the leasers on that farm are quitting the tobacco business so no till will prevail. If you don't deep plow, few artifacts will be revealed. Merry Christmas my friend.

Great hunt and video Quindy. Congrats on being on the cover of WE Treasures. It was an honor for you to be on the cover, and an honor for me to be in the inset picture standing next to you !! That's my wife and myself standing by one of our display cases. I wrote the article "Do you Display" ? I also enjoyed your article. It looks like you have great displays and an array of items. For me, displaying the items and sharing the history with family and friends is what this hobby is all about. Good hunting ! Ron

Thanks Ron. I was certainly in good company on the cover with you & your wife. Enjoyed your article. If we can't display our finds, people can't enjoy seeing them and learning about history. Happy hunting Bud & Merry Christmas to you & the family. Q.

Nice finds buddy!
