Today I was out at the creek digging out cracks/breaking them open and the material that I panned out had what looks like really really rough coarse quartz in it. Unless there's some other type of mineral it could be. It's running through the bedrock like quartz but its not thick veins they're really narrow. Anyways I found some really coarse gold in the same spot so maybe it could be a quartz vein with gold coming out of it? Idk. But most other areas on this creek has really smooth rounded gold. Even around that vein. There just happened to be some coarse crunchy looking pieces right there. Here's a pic of the quartz or whatever it may be.
