Quebec City: Weird Rock: Native American?

Before it was French, of course, QC was inhabited by native Americans & even after, NA folks and the French hung out a lot etc. Then the Brits came along...

Anyway, is this man-made? It’s got lots of ridges along one side.

Looks like a tooth

It's a fossilized tooth. If you can identify the geology of the particular area it was found in you could possibly identify what animal it was from.

Can't think of any reason to make one, so I would go with fossil of some type.
