QUEEN VICTORIA HALF SOVEREIGN 1874

I have done it again.Another gold coin in 1 year .I found full gold sovereign last February.Now I have added to collection a Gold Half Sovereign. It is in awesome condition. Prior to this I found my fist gold coin 18 years ago which was a half sovereign of Queen Victoria and believe it or not it was in the same area of field I found this half sovereign. I use a Minelab sovereign Elite and last year bought an SEF coil 12/10 .I haven't looked back .It has opened up old productive sites .They seem like untouched fields as I keep finding new goodies. I hope to carry on this lucky streak.
The coin was in about 5 inch of soil but it was on its edge.It wasn't the best of signals probably due to the coins position and depth.Its always best to dig thes iffy signals because you never know. Excuse the poor picture from when I found coin .I used my mobile phone camera. Thanks for looking .

You must have hit the wrong key and used the "g" instead of the "c" with the being full of gold bit LOL
Great coin by the way, I bought one on a pendant as a gift once, a lot more expensive than your find for sure....
