question about a penny I found today

I found this 1999 penny today , It has some sort of coating on the top? from the mint? I really want to see if it is what it seems underneath , but i thought about asking on here before I did anything. Your thoughts? thanks vickilynn

OK so unlike this post I have the real deal. It looked a lot like this one and I was wondering it's value.

Take your coin to a few experts get it put in a coin holder do not accept any offers to buy it!! That coins value will be based on what a collector is willing to pay!!!! Which would be lots more than a coin dealer!!!!!!! Hope its authentic Tommy

This is a "vice job", where two coins are pressed together imprinting a revere image of the other coin. Just damage.

I agree concerning the 1999 but I think the 1972 is a great catch!
