What?s the story behind this farming practice?
It appears very precise areas are not being farmed.
Looks to be a real pain. I see it?s wide spread in that area.
Not sure what that could be on farmland. In our city, county, and state parks wide green pathways are mowed through fields for walking, biking, horse back, etc. They don't just end in a field like the pics though. They go all the way thru to another path. And they are never on farmed fields. Even so that could be leased farmland in a park with greenways for public use I guess. Maybe there's some kind of benefit for a farmer to create public pathways.
