Why does it show members still logged in after they leave a half hour later?

If you leave but the forum website is still on your browser i think it still shows you as Logged in, also If you don't log out i think it keeps you on for an hour or so. Maybe a Mod would help explain this better

I hardly ever log out that could be it... For me any way....
