This one has been bothering me for a LONG time. If the corn is as high as an elephant's eye..... are we talking African or Indian elephants? TTC

Terry,
I don't believe elephants are native to N. America, never have seen one in a corn field here.
If they keep up with that GMO stuff, may not be no corn either!

Do elephants eat corn If they do, do we really want them in our cornfields??

[Frankn]

I would estimate it is an Indian elephant they used to measure it. Those African elephants aren't to friendly. Frank

Yes! Tell ya the truth, I don't want to run into either if the corn "looks like it's climbing clear up to the sky".

wonder what ol alexander thought.

If it's that high, you need to be on an elephant to pick the ears. Takes a real man to pick that corn, which leaves me out.

It's amazing what comes out of songs just to make it rhyme. You know, like ( How in the heck, can I wash my neck if it ain't going to rain no more.) Frank
