Question on NIFC halves.

Well i decided that every tuesday along with my regular pick up of $200 nickels and $50 pennies to get a box of halves. So i did my first box today and.......nothin all clad saved about $20 in nice looking ones from the 90s for spending, but i also found a few 2000s and 2 2001s and a 2004. Now my question is what year are NIFC halves, are they worth saving even if there in circulated condition?
