what is the most wheat pennies or silver you have found in a roll?
mine is 2 silver rosies and 5 wheat pennies

Once last year I got 13 rolls of halves from my main coin bank. I thought it was sort of an odd number. If they have any it is usually 10 or 30, a nice round number. Anyway when I got home I noticed 3 of the rolls looked very old. The first one had BC written on it and it was full of bi-cen halves. The second read 68 and contains 20 1968 halves and the third was marked 67-69 and had 14 67's and 6 69's.
Last August I bought my one and only penny box ever. It was from what I call my second string coin bank. My main coin bank just didn't have much to spare so I went to this other bank just to find a little more to do. It had over 1500 wheats, I do remember one rolls had 48 wheats, one Indian and one Memorial cent.
It is just a matter of being in the right place, at the right time, and asking for the right thing. The more often you try, the better the odds of something like that happening.

Craziest was a solid roll of steel wheaties. My wife found them, said she was bringing home a roll of "silver pennies".
