RC,

Before AARC pops in you're partially right...this was a medieval piece that was tossed down on the battlefield as a deterent to the opponents calvary horses. The name of these things escape me at the moment but trust me that's what they are....
Tire popper.

AARC,

This is a vintage diving bell....certainly not a whatit post you're way to devious for an easy one like this....:laughing7::laughing7::laughing7:

Sorry Bill and Hillbilly Prince, when I posted my guess I did not see either of your "correct" answers. I guess as I was typing my answer you guys were posting yours. But then again, within one minute of time, ALL 3 of us came up with the same correct answer unaware of the others. :notworthy:

No, I can´t sleep the night before and was awake until yesterday evening. When I go to bed before 12 o´clock I wake up every time precise at 3 .00! It´s a crazy thing :icon_scratch: :laughing7:

Bart, I've spent several hours trying to find a match and this is the closest I could find, and you can see, it still is not a match. Any background on where you found it ? Time to give it a bath to clean it up and see if any markings are on the back ? How much does it weigh ? :icon_scratch: I'm thinking with this gift you have, maybe I should help subsidize your adventures so I can participate in your really neat finds. :laughing7:
