In Silver Payable to the bearer on demand.

I don't miss much of my youth.(Except most of it.) But non fiat money I'd still be alright with.

[Silver certificates were issued between 1878 and 1964 in the U.S. These were representative money and part of the circulation for paper currency. The certificates were originally redeemable for their face value in silver dollar coins, and then for one year, from June of 1967 to June of 1968, for raw silver bullion.]

I just came back from being drenched.

I am helping out a neighbor by mowing his lawn throughout the year while he is away. The catch is, that he lives 1/2 mile away, and my lawn tractor only go's as fast as a person walking. I started mowing, and within five minutes, black clouds appear.

Wait a second! I just check radar before I left! How is this possible?

I kept my eye on them, and they appeared to be moving away. Then all of a sudden, they appeared over the tree's and brought lightning and thunder with them. I started off towards the house, as the heavens opened up, and I was rained upon. It was a total whiteout with rain. I sat on the tractor, and yelled out, "Where the h*ll did that come from!?". No sooner than I said that, a lightning bolt struck with a quarter mile away, and the thunder was deafening. "Forgive me Lord, I didn't mean it that way!" I yelled again. The rain stopped when I pulled up into my driveway, and my brother was sitting on a deck chair when I walked up. "You're soaked" he pointed out.
