Since you're into MMA here's a video of a Chinese master doing various martial art routine, tai chi sword, baji, baqua, etc...he's 79 and been doing this stuff since he's 6 so a bit of experience under his belt....

Bill, you may don´t believe it but I have learned the routine at the begin of the Video!

To be honest... I just learned it to avoid cutting my face when I shaving it with my original and razor sharp Katana...
