I got out this afternoon for a couple hours and found this cool little revolver bullet, 36 cal CSA. I also found another impact bullet and a 44 cal revolver bullet USA. The 2 pieces with the wheat penny also found today, I'm not sure if they are CW items or not. The oval piece is brass the other is iron.

Thanks for looking.
HH

That bullet sure is a nice find!:icon_thumright:

Nice finds, no clue what the mystery items are... What type of bullet is the .36?

It's a pistol bullet used by the confederates, it was made by Richmond Laboratory I think.

I think it's a Richmond Test Labs bullet. I have only dug one of those little guys in 20 years. They are rare, rare, Rare!

Congrats!

I doubt I'll be finding another 1 anytime soon.

Congrats on the rare lead and the knowledge to identify it :notworthy:
I'd have guessed it was carved :laughing9: HH, Herbie.

Looks like you might have a nice iron hoof cleaner....found them before in calvary camps.
