no, ARC about deleting his posts - now really unclear ? ? ?
Dm, if you weigh the same bar over and over, what is the variation ?
All of them weight 31.3 grams
understood, not my question
if you weigh one bar 10 times, what is the range of the readings ?
this looks at repeatability, not accuracy per se
repeatability ok, more than likely the meter is off as all 4 are the same (and I and others think they look fine)
do you have a graduated cylinder of 50cc ?
know anyone in a cal shop ?
you have 0.1gm resolution, what is the total scale capacity ?
edit: does the scale have a zero button ?
What is a Troy Ounce?
Isn't it 31.103
What else you got to worry about? Passed the silver test, right?
hmmm, got any other large new coins of known weight ?
edit: I think your bars are fine, just messing about the scale
a Morgan is 26.73 gm new, apparently a vf ~26.20 gm

grade your best dollar, est. its weight - and weigh it; the difference ?
Btw... I have found NO registered counterfeits in this series.
ok, so why are the 4 bars the same amount overweight ?
I do not know the weight tolerance, but other sites report 0.03-4 gm underweight art bars - none overweight.
edit: ping
