Virgin is known for not giving anything up, so try mineral oil.
I am just kidding...too many people have not been pleased with using oil of any type. Just remember anything you do cannot be undone.

Mine is just as toasty as yours! (see?)

Mine was found in Connecticut, did a cleaning
in vinegar (bad!), but still couldn't bring out any details.
All we see is the flying eagle outline......oh well, most folks don't
find these coins, so consider yourself fortunate!
