I found these items a few weeks ago along a creek on a long ago farm.
Found a nickel and what I think is a flat iron ( upper left ) of significance.
The gray blobs on the right may be lead, it's heavy and not magnetic. I
don't have a torch to try to melt it. In the same spot there was a small
fishing sinker. Maybe they were making lead sinkers. On the lower left I
believe is a metal tent peg. It was a fun day.
