Regal hair tonic

At one time I worked maintenance at a cheese factory. While working in the attic I found a "hair tonic" bottle with the label and directions still on the bottle. I also found another glass bottle with the words Glockengasse, underneath that was (24711) Koln a/Rh. inscribed in the glass.
