REGULATORS AND PRICE!!!

I WAS LOOKING FOR A REGULATOR IN THE PRICE RANGE OF 400. TO 500.00 I WOULD LIKE THE FIRST STAGE TO BE OVER BALANCED AND FOR THE SECOND STAGE TO HAVE VENTURI ADJUSTMENT SWITCH AND BALANCE. ANY THING IN MIND IN THIS PRICE RANGE/I WAS LOOKING AT THE OCEANIC DELTA 4 IS IT A GOOD REGULATOR?

I have done allot of research on purchasing a regulator lately and have gotten the thumbs up on the Delta 4. But, up here Oceanic is not a popular manufacture in our shops and most of the local shops do not service it. I have decided on the Sherwood Magnum due to the reviews and that it is servicable, if needed, in ALOT of places. JOe
