Relics from mine manager office Big silver florin fob

[tinpan]

Hi all , While often looking for gold in old hard rock mines i often try for relics around the old gold miner managers offices . Using Minelab VLF pointer with GPX is not a good idea but it can be over come. Either switch the GPX off or turn gain right down and swing your coil as far away from you as you can. The coil lead to battery is a big help . Here's the finds . Mostly common old coins but one large 1927 florin coin fob 97% silver

love to find old watch fobs but to find a silver one would be twice as nice.noticed the penny you found there i found a 1944 australia penny not long ago.i was amazed by the size of it about the size of a half dollar here in the states.
