So i Spent the morning swinging... The lawn can wait. I dont know what it was about today but I had some great luck. I went to a town I have never hunted to try my luck..
The Bell - Is it a sleigh bell? Not sure, there are no numbers or names on it. It was 3 inches deep next to the river.. odd place?
The Toy Cap Gun - also by the barn near the river - this was 5 inches deep, and the handle was 10 feet away - what luck is that??
The Coin - In the park - by the orange city truck - thought he was going to tell me to stop diggn up the park, but he didnt say a word - First silver I have found in a few years... and a good one at that - she was 8 inches deep and pegged my VDI - it was erratic however like a soda can is usually - I almost stopped diggin - good thing i didnt - the soil was dense clay and very hard to get through, there was also 3 roots in my way... The pic is dug condition - i dont usually clean the coins - 1911S
The pipe - 3 inches in the park - the bowl had no odor left in it.. must have been there a while.. ( not like i remember what resin smells like )
Anyways the park is where ill be for awhile - there was alot of clad and junk targets - i need to get rid of them all and then I hope the silver will start flying out of the ground..
Tonight my wife and I will have the its time for a new detector talk - Wish me luck I am still using my garrett Master Hunter CX ( going on 13 years )
