Repealing the 22nd amendment is underway with HJ Resolution 15?

[Dave44]

Start here, work your way to the 2nd afterwards. Gonna have to do away with that pesky 1st though, maybe the 4th. Maybe a little more deliberation would be nice first?. Sure would be nice to have this guy Jose Serrano, D NY make this a national announcement, Huh?

snopes.com: Bill to Repeal the 22nd Amendment

[Treasure_Hunter]

There has been same bill issued almost ever year to repeal. It will never fly, 2/3 of both houses of Congress has to propose it to send it to the states to vote and 37 states have to pass it.

When is last time 2/3 of both houses agreed on anything much less 37 states passing it....... I have a better chance of winning $300 million lottery.

I will see that and raise it with :
Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States to repeal the twenty-second article of amendment, thereby removing the limitation on the number of terms an individual may serve as President. (H.J.Res. 15) - GovTrack.us

You told me to "Search a little more" and then pasted a link. I replied that I had already seen your link and I asked what about it? What did you want me to search a little more to see in that link?

So, did YOU have a point or were you just trying to "1-up" me?

[Dave44]

Really Mr Jersey? Good for you.
