Report to Admin - Private Messages - Bug

FYI, When reporting a private message received, the textarea doesn't have an enclosed tag so it doesn't display allowing the user to send a comment regarding the private message being sent. A minute before this message was posted, I reported a spam message to admin.

I just re-read my original post and I want to clarify that the bug is on the 'Report to Admin' page when reporting a private message received.
