retractable headphone cord

Has anyone tried this set up and if so how did you do it?

I hate when the cord hangs down in the way when I am digging and I think a retractable cord would be just the ticket.

I could use the wireless set up but that is just more batteries and more weight added to the machine.

Is your cord strait or coiled? I would think a coiled cord would be the best. Im not to sure how a retractable cord could work but i am looking into some possibilities. I will keep you posted

It is a straight cord. I used the coiled one but it would keep pulling off the headphones from my head.

i had the same problem so i did this mod to my 250.im sure it can be done to any machine you might have,you just have to double check wire lengths.
