Found these at a new field permission this morning. I was just wandering around like I do the first couple times in a new field. The button fragment with USA is continental army rev war era I believe. The button with 64 ,I have no idea. Could use help on the copper if there is enough left to ID. Looking forward to getting back out there. Good luck to all. Art

Congrats Great hunt and finds ! Yeap ,, ah huh ... you are on to something there . Maybe a better USA still hiding ... even in typical 240 year old pewter condition your Continental Army button is worthy of tons of praise . Hope ya get another :occasion14:

Wow, that's a beauty. Congrats on a Rev button. That ones on my short list

Very well done Art! That coin looks like my KGIII... very little left of it. Congrats on the sweet buttons... that's a heck of a good day.

Great hunt site. 2 awesome buttons. I'm VERY happy with any numbered button.
I agree with the others the coin is GEO III.

Wow-incredible group of finds. That 64th button is in amazing condition! I'm pretty sure the copper is a King George I or II; the bust is facing to the right. Best seen in the group shot. Post a closeup of the USA and 64th buttons with the front of the coin and this one should go BANNER. Congratulations

Great Rev War buttons! At the top of my bucket list! Preserve that USA so it doesn't crumble away!

wasn't exactly sure what you had with the 64 reg. button, but either way you cut it, them two buttons are rare. My votes in.

Wow!! Great finds! Congrats! Beautiful detail on the 64 button. You must have been so excited to see that! How deep was it?

I dont know how you do it but you always seem to get on the old stuff. You must be up in Cecil county if your getting on Revwar stuff. Very well done

Both buttons were in the farmed field and only about 4 inches deep

My vote is in, congrats Art, your having a great year with some incredible finds!
