Good morning everyone, hope you all are enjoying this snowy day. A buddy and I decided to go to a rev war site the other day and did a little bit of digging for about four hours and found quite a few pieces. We each found a few flat buttons. He found a few pieces to some ornate buckles and then I found the two buckles pictured. If any of you all can shed any light on whether these were from hashing British or US troops that would be awesome. And if anyone can shed light on the monetary value of these ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1547404035.084006.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1547404056.059637.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1547404068.049318.jpgitems that would be great as well. I’m not going to sell them was just curious. Happy digging!

The larger buckle, top right, is a Rev War era military sling buckle.

Steve in Pa is correct. Those are hard to find. Good deal!

Very nice finds, congrats! The Rev War belt plate would look like this (pic. included) according the the Book. It's surprising to see the numbers not being centered on your item. Not sure what it is but very cool.
