Hi everyone,

As promised I will post some of the finds from this week end's hunt that I haven't included in my Reales post:http://www.treasurenet.com/forums/today-s-finds/518448-3-spanish-reales-silver-rain.html

Here are some of them:

3 large and 1 small Royal Marines buttons (Rev War-War 1812)
1 Large officers Royal Navy button (War of 1812)
A 18 pounder cannon ball with a sprue mark
Piece of dragon's tail ship anchor
George II Britannia type halfpenny (1727-1760)
And a cool copper cufflink from the same period

Also from this week's hunt

3 Royal Artillery buttons (mid 1800's) One is a beauty!

As usual, thanks for the comments!

That's a nice assortment of finds congrats

Assuming thats black left on the 'full' gilt artillery button, you could clean that up nice with lemon juice, it will look brand new! CONGRATS on them all.

You got a little museum going on right there! :icon_thumright::treasurechest:

I am glad that I don't have to go right after you on show & tell day!

Killer finds. Congrats.

Thank you!

All of your finds make want to pay more attention to the signals falling in the button range, What were the numbers shown on your machine?

Mighty fine finds you've got there-congrats! Now get back out there and find some more

I think you should. Most of the buttons fall into 50's-70's range (same as some aluminum items) on the Deus. The larger and copper ones or are in the 80's-90's like the coins.

Cool finds, first cufflink I see found here, think it would have shown in the 80-88 on my Delta. Thanks Aureus for showing the rest of your finds, can't wait to see your next posts. :occasion14:
