Got this recipe' off of a roomate of mine while i was stationed in Germany.

1 slab of pork ribs cut an seperated

1 bottle of pickling spices (mc cormicks)

1 bottle of apple cider vinegar (good quality)
he water

In a large bowl empty the contents of the pickling spices, add 1/2 bottle of vinegar add an equal amount of water place seperated ribs in mixture,if any ribs are exposed add more vinegar an water.
*important* marinate for 3 days turning ribs or moving them around every 24 hours. On the third day fire up your bar-b-que and grill ribs are done when 1/4 to 1/2 inch of bone is showing.

this recipe' can also be done in a conventional oven./ Set temp to 350 degrees.cook each side 8-10 minutes you can if you want crispier ribs, broil last 1-2 mins but watch them you dont want burnt ribs after all that work.

*Lastly an most important of all* Make sure, you the cook, keep aside 3-4 ribs for your self as these ribs( a real crowd pleaser ) have a wonderful flavor and you get a clean bone every time!! Enjoy.
