I returned to the spot where I found the jewelry a few days ago. No jewelry this time but I did find a 1925 wheat penny and a lead sabot. I can't complain too much because it is basically whole. But I'm really hoping for those silver coins to pop up !

Sweet find. I had to look up what that was and had I found it I wouldn't had identified it.
