Ring found with a Bell and an “S” next to it with red white and blue stones!

Does anyone know what kind of ring this is. It was found in a colonial area. It’s amazing.
Looks like the Liberty Bell with an “S” and red white and blue stones in it!
Please help. Can’t find it anywhere.
