arrive in texas from san diego on wed night, to late for the banks to be open, the next morn i checked out the 4 banks in town, nothing, one bank called its branch in byers and they had $30, with direction i was off. little did i know it was 35 miles to beyers. well they had $33 which i took, frist 2 rolls were blanks, but the 3rd roll was loaded with $25 dollar gold dollar coins........wow....i had preordered a box from wells fargobefore i left san diego.thu afternoon early it was there......31 40.....1 64 and 1 ben....i was happy.....fri morn i drove 29 miles to the next town, all ranches and farms, all green lots of cows....dumped in bowie and drove 25 miles to the next town. noconna. they had $220, when i said iwll take them all she gave me the funnyest of looks, like no one has ever bought that many halfs before. another 10 40% and 2 64.....i was happy.... had to stay around the house to help with the garage sale on sat.......momday morn we all went to witchaw falls 7/8 banks picked wp 120 plus and found 2 bens.... i dumped at the main branch of wells farg and put the money in my accoubd, i was done with C R H in texas....total count was 41 40% ,,3 64s....3 bens....
