Round Brass Pieces

Found these in a small town curb strip... brass with no engraving or threads anywhere...all are 1 & 5/8-IN across.

I just noticed that two outer holes on the rim of the big piece line up with two corresponding holes on the center hub.

Yea they kinda look like the roller ends on roll up blinds. Roller shades have been around since at least the civil war and it explains the 2 different ends. The wood would have rotted years ago. Just a guess.
