I found this late yesterday scuba diving shallow water(9'). Its totally unmarked, looks like a ruby, diamond and sapphire. not a scratch on any of them and the solder joint is gone. Knowing the area where it was found I'm sure its 80+ years old. Except for a sonic cleaner bath this is how it came out.

What a honker .
Just beautiful !

I think those are real stones those are old mine cut

Fabulous ring! Any word on its authenticity yet?

Beautiful vintage ring of the highest quality IMO !!!!!!!!!!! Real stones, & real gold where the alloy was tarnished dark brown from being in the
water for many years. Excellent find in deep water by a serious underwater treasure hunter. CONGRATS Mike !!!!!!!!!!

Wow, that’s an incredible find! If that price is even close I have a feeling your better half just got a nice new ring! Hahaha

Jose, my wife spit her coffee out when she saw the ring on that link. How did you find that ?

Mike, I thought it might be a "theme" type ring like a friendship ring or something so I googled Ruby, Diamond & Sapphire ring (in that order) & I came across
this page;

https://www.google.com/search?sourc...i131i67j0i20i263i264j0i131i20i264.3DrzjyuE6-o

Then I scrolled down to; "Images for ruby diamond & sapphire Ring" clicked on that & saw the ring in the second row down & clicked on that & "visited" the page. What may be helpful in the "Lang" link is the mention of; "Stone Group Laboratories - (Advanced Gemological Services to the Trade)." If you choose,
they could be contacted regarding the ring you found.

I believe your ring is an early example of that theme, possibly from the middle to late 1800's. Tell your wife I'm sorry about the coffee !!
Nice find Mike. Your ring has much more character than one that just came off the assembly line. Cheers ! J.T.G.
