Russia. Ancient silver ring of the 16th century.

Went to the place of the former village. Possibly there was a market or hotel near main road. My detector caught weak, but a good signal. Some minutes I dug a hole what to get it. At first I thought that it was the silver coin, but soil was scattered and the hole of 15 inches in depth gave here this miracle.
Silver ring of the 16th century. On a ring the man with a saber and a plant is represented.

If the ring is silver then why does it look like gold in the picture?

because the top part of a ring was oxidized and looks yellow in the photo. I photographed on the cell phone, low quality of the photo. I can't while to take away the good camera.
