Gonna take a break from CRH's for a few weeks; heading overseas to China. Alas, not much CRH'ing opportunity over there, and metal detecting is a no-no as well. On the bright side, I do plan to acquire some Silver Pandas, and I'm hoping to find some (non-fake) trade dollars.

Sounds like the experience there is as exciting as any coin roll hunt. Enjoy yourself over there! Take your focus off of the silver for a bit, and have a good time.

But... if you can't stop thinking about it, I would try and get american coins from the chinese banks if possible. There might be some interesting stuff that ends up over there. Also, currency exchange places might get hold of some good coins as well.

Currency exchange usually deals with bills only, or may accept large denominations, like 1 dollar coins and British pounds.

Can still get the 2013 Pandas for ~$36. I was surprised at how much the older year were going for.
