My guess the safe Conveniently Disappeared. either to make the Land owners feel Safe from possible Home type invasion. or so the Police and or landowners can have a party.

I know if it were My place, and I realized there was a Safe.
I not only would have cleaned it out, But it would have been stolen also.
Just in case there was someone else out here who knew about it

What I want to know is... why on earth anyone would announce to the world they found anything in a drug dealers mansion.
Just in case he owed someone money nearby.

I think Jeff might be on to something! This might all be a set up! Something was found!! Then the current owners didn't want their name on it, so "someone stole it"!!! That would make more sense to me anyway. Of why the publicity! They aren't looking for the safe or contents! They don't want anyone looking for them!

I'll bet there is more to this story! About maybe someone looking for something or someone asking too many questions, Too many people saw something........

Just makes you wonder! Or could be nothing and they want to bring more mystery to the property!

I have only read one reply but IMO the Property Owners Likely Moved the Safe to avoid "Red Tape".
Just a Thought
