Do you need a permit to run a high banker in Washington or were you on a claim?
Also hows the weather and the people up there? I live in Oregon and im not to fond of living here. Losing my appartment this week since I cant pay bills right now. Might be able to buy a full tank of gas or 2 and see if I can make it to washington lol.
