Spent the last two afternoons at a favorite school yard. I have hunted the lawn area a dozen times. But, as we all know, it ain't hunted out until the obese lady sings. I dug a "Monster" drink logo copper pendant, a silver plated, over sized, heart-shaped locket that still works, and a butterfly motif spinner ring, marked size 8. The ring still spins.
The find of the day was a white metal birthstone ring with a blue stone (sapphire?) It was 4" under the old grass and had been there a while. It came out of the ground gleaming...and has me wondering if it is an unmarked white gold ring. It weighs about 4.6 grams and registered a solid 43 on my ATPro, in the area of foil-to-gold. It is non-magnetic. Thanks for looking, Happy Hunting to all. Sub
