Hi all:
I haven't hunted a lot of city houses so I was happy to be invited to hunt this one here in town. Sat. morning I was joined by my 7YO son and we hit the sod for a few hours. We ended up with a ton of pennies, two which were Canadians and two wheats. My son read the dates for me and said the wheats were a '46 and a '40 but a peroxide bath at home showed the '40 to be a '10.
I'll have to settle for an old wheatie since no silver showed up. We ran out of time to grid the whole back yard so I'll be back. Not long before we left we found the F-18 jet which made my son's day. I was glad he was rewarded for sticking with me for 3 hours! Excellent weather once again.
HH and thanks for looking,
Michiganne
