I found one of these this morning minus the blade end which had been broken off, at an old farmhouse site...within 30 feet of it I found half of a double bladed ax head, a 1902 Indian Head penny, a 1918 Wheat Penny, part of a horse drawn wagon, a beautiful brass horse harness buckle, and two pistol cartridges and a shotgun shell cartridge, all from the late 1800's if that is any help.
