This nearly turned out to be a post, about how much medieval pot shards were on the field. That is until the last 15 mins, produced two hammered silver coins, first a broken cut quarter, 13th century. Quickly followed by a Scotish cut half, think Alexander 11, Roxboro mint. And last, a small medieval knife handle. Once again pictures rubbish, daughter as taken my best camera on her hols. Back out tomorrow afternoon, got to love it.
