I don't know the exact date, but you can estimate a date when you read this article

Bilecik in subsequent periods "Justiniano Police Mela" or meaning in Gordon's "The police were Justiniano G" was also called. In fact, 553 of the Council made was named in this way. In general "Justiniano Police Mela called" Bilecik in subsequent periods "Malagorse to" as has also been mentioned
