This was my 2nd trip to this field site. 1st trip I didnt have my camera so I couldnt capture the sweet 07 barber half i pulled out of here, I also found 6 crotals/pedal bells and 9 buttons, one being a rev war riflemans on my first trip. Today was no different as far as luck goes here. I paced very very slow in the field between the barn and house foundations and walked away with some fabulous items. Im kinda curious about the US SCOUT emblem, so if anyone can chime in about its use,...that would be great. found a nice worn doun to nothing 1876 seated dime and 4 indians, the oldest being 1868. also found 2 intact dinner style bells today. the bull durham steer was probably from ciggs, also a little decrative container, for stamps im guessing. maybe ill get back there over the wknd, enjoy the pics,

How cool is that to actually still have remnants of the stamps still inside!
