Second Silver LUCKY GREMLIN What could it be?

Yesterday I posted a 15 minute hunt at new site. Contacted the owner alst night, he says tennants took mobile home and vacated without paying, he also said "dig all you want, just be clean", not sure what he meant seeing as the site is trashed. Went back for about a half hour before work today and found a little more clad then...sounds like a dime...sounds like a silver dime...WOW, silver pendant, says LUCKY GREMLIN on the front with funny pic and KAAG STERLING on the back. Can't seem to find anything about it, hope a Tnetter can ID this one. About 6" away...Sounds like a copper penny...COOL mini compass, still works, no ID on this either, no markings at all. Did my best on the close up pics.
I can't wait to go back after work today! 8)
