"Seller defect" low ratings, 1, 2, or 3?

I checked my dashboard. One of my "defects" is a guy who gave me a rating of 1, 2, or 3. I checked the transaction. The guy only has 37 feedback. Could he have messed up, given a one when he meant a 5? How do I find out? He left positive feedback.

Send him a message and ask him. I've had the same problem in the past myself. Unfortunately it was too late to do anything about it by the time I noticed it.

I did last night. They also messed up my shipping rating. I had 100% shipping and uploading in time. Suddenly, I'm down to 94% and it claims I didn't ship a bunch of stuff on time. Yet the detailed report says I did. They are investigating that. I learned in this forum to check often.
