Went to an old farm with a friend last weekend md'ing and it was FULL of trash! We ended up in the woods behind the place and I started finding very old shotgun shells everywhere! Then a 12-45 sang in my ears! 1917-S Merc!!! Psyked, I called my buddy over to see. We figured a hunter regulared this spot on top of a bank with the swamp & pond below. So I picked up the Etrac and 3 ft down the bank... Bam. A 1898 V made it a great day! 2 1909 wheaties, 28 old Shells between us, a cow bell & he got an ax head.

Next day I decided to hit my usual spot. Wile it is getting thin, it still always seems to give up something good! Pull tab, pull tab, pull tab, 14K White Gold Ring!!! LOL, I thought it was another chunk of canslaw when I first spotted it!
How could you not like a hobby that pays in Sunshine, Exercise, Silver & Gold
Good Luck to all and HH!!!
