sent my bandido back to tesoro

has anyone ever had to send their bandido II u max back to have it checked out and recalibrated , mine was acting all crazy on all settings, so what the heck i sent it back to tesoro they should be gitting it tomorrow ! and im already missing it oh well :>)

Sorry to hear you had to send the detector in for a checkup. First thing to do when they act up is to check the batteries and make sure they are fresh. Clean out the coil cover as it only takes a speck of black sand to mess up these sensitive units.

My experiences with other brands is a bad coil when they do that. But I've never had a Tesoro to mess up.
